4. Experience Accessibility

The Estate Reserve is committed to making our Experience Services as accessible as possible:

  • Yacht Charters: Vessel accessibility varies. Contact our team for specific vessel accessibility features, gangway access, and onboard mobility accommodations.
  • Dining Experiences: Our private chefs accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and texture modifications. Accessible seating arrangements available upon request.
  • Wellness & Spa: Mobile spa services can be arranged at accessible locations. Practitioners trained in adaptive techniques available upon request.
  • Executive Transport: Wheelchair-accessible vehicles available with 48-hour advance notice.
  • Golf Carts: Accessible cart models available at select properties with advance request.
  • Curated Events: Accessible event layouts, sign language interpreters, and assistive listening devices available upon request with 14-day advance notice.

5. Requesting Accommodations

6. Communication Accommodations

We provide communication accommodations upon request, including large-print documents, screen-reader-compatible booking confirmations, and alternative format contracts. Our WhatsApp concierge service supports text-based communication for guests who prefer written interaction.

7. Third-Party Accessibility Audits

TER engages periodic third-party accessibility audits of our digital platform to identify and remediate accessibility barriers. Our most recent audit was conducted in accordance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. We are committed to addressing identified issues on a rolling basis and maintaining compliance as web standards evolve. Audit findings and remediation progress are available upon request.

8. Compliance Standards & Timeline

Our accessibility compliance targets:

  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA for all website content and booking flows.
  • ADA Title III compliance for all TER-managed communications and services.
  • Section 508 compliance for government-related interactions.
  • European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) compliance for EU/EEA users — ensuring digital services meet harmonized accessibility requirements effective June 2025.
  • UK Equality Act 2010 — ensuring our digital services do not discriminate against users with disabilities in the UK.
  • EN 301 549 (European standard for ICT accessibility) — our digital platform targets compliance with this harmonized European standard.
  • We continuously monitor and improve our accessibility posture. Known issues are tracked and prioritized based on user impact.
